Refund Policy  CoLateral

All CoLateral products are made to order (print-on-demand) and produced by our fulfillment partner after you place your order. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

No returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or wrong colour ordered. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or lost packages: email support@colateral.engineering within 30 days of delivery (or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if the package never arrived). Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging. We will refund or replace the item at no cost to you.

Wrong or incomplete shipping address: if an order is returned to us or lost because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, a replacement is not free and additional shipping charges may apply.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
